Cops on the lookout for man who dressed up like 'IS terrorist' for Halloween

PETALING JAYA: Police are on the lookout for a local male who dressed up as a suicide bomber, like one from the IS terrorist cell, for Halloween.
The incident occurred last week at Armanee Terrace Condominium, Damansara Perdana.
Petaling Jaya district police chief ACP Mohd Zani Che Din said that he was alerted when a resident of the condominium had seen the man in his costume on Oct 28 at around 7.40pm.
"He noticed the man who is said to be of Indian or middle eastern descent and is a resident of the condominium in the lift, he then had made a police report," he said.
He said that police are on the lookout for the man and the case is being investigated under section 506 of the penal code for criminal intimidation.
He said that costumes like these are a very sensitive issue to the public especially with incidents in the country on the rise involving IS and Daesh militants.
