Teen bakery worker allegedly lured to employer's house and raped

PETALING JAYA: A manager-turned-monster who allegedly raped his 17-year-old staff was detained by police today.
The victim, a worker at a bakery shop in Seri Kembangan, was lured by her manager to follow him back to his apartment under the pretext of collecting some items.
In the Oct 24 incident, the manager took the victim to his apartment in Puchong Prima in Subang Jaya.
The man then locked the door behind her and attacked her.
The incident, which reportedly occurred at 11am, saw the girl allegedly raped by the suspect.
The suspect also forcefully performed lewd acts on the victim.
Even when the victim pleaded and repeatedly told him that she was menstruating, he ignored and continued violating her sexually.
She was allegedly raped twice by her manager who is in his 50s.
The suspect, who is also believed to be a restaurant owner, allegedly threatened the victim to keep quiet about the incident.
It is learnt that the victim had been working for the suspect for just five days when she was attacked.
A police report on the incident was made on Oct 26.
Subang Jaya district police chief ACP Mohammad Azlin Sadari confirmed the case today.
"Our investigators managed to detain the suspect at a hotel in Puchong at about 3.45am today.
"He will be remanded soon," he said.
