Vitagen walks away with third consecutive win at Putra Brand Awards 2017

PETALING JAYA: Vitagen Malaysia cemented its longstanding presence in the market by winning the Gold award for the Beverage – Dairy category at the recent Putra Brand Awards 2017.

The brand, which celebrates its 40th anniversary this year, has won Gold for three consecutive years since 2015, further reinforcing Vitagen's position as Malaysia's number 1 cultured milk drink.

"We will continue to explore more avenues to interact with both loyal and new consumers as well as to broaden our reach to unexplored markets. Since our inception in 1977, we have been a strong advocate of prevention before cure. This is echoed in all our communications, where we speak on the importance and benefits of good digestive health," said its Marketing Manager, Yap Jay Queen.

In 2017, Vitagen ran a campaign focusing on gut health and the impact it has on our immunity, mood and mental clarity. This core message was supported by on-ground activities across Malaysia.

Poh said this year's win at The Putra Brand Awards is credited to his colleagues who have done a solid job in building the brand name for Vitagen, as well as their lead creative agency, People 'n Rich, which has been in partnership with them for almost 15 years.
