ACER Malaysia recently added a shiny new range of powerful gaming devices and accessories to its Predator line, alongside its Predator Triton 700 (GTX1080), and Triton 700 (GTX1060) laptops.
The exciting lineup includes the Predator X34P and Z35P monitors, Predator Galea 500 headset, Predator Cestus 500 mouse, and a surprise launch of the premium Predator Orion 9000 (Intel Core i9 Extreme Edition), and Orion 9000 (Intel Core i7).
At the launch, Acer Sales & Services products, sales and marketing general manager Chan Weng Hong said: "Acer is constantly upping the ante in design and innovation to offer devices that meet our users' levels of need".
He added that the Predator Triton 700 is a fine example of such innovations. "It is built upon the highly-acclaimed Predator 21 X curved gaming laptop, resulting in an uncompromised, powerful gaming laptop."
Both versions of the slim 18.9mm Triton 700 laptops feature the latest 7th Gen IntelCore processor and super-fast Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 and 1060 respectively, while the former is designed with added Max-Q innovation.
For avid gamers, the storage capabilities – 32GB DDR4 RAM in the GTX 1080, and 16GB DDR4 RAM in the GTX 1060 – plus the electronics company's leading Dual AeroBlade 3D Fan feature with up to 35% increased airflow to avoid overheating will help maximise game time.
The laptops also sport a 15.6in full HD IPS display for stunning visuals, with the GTX 1080 backing Nvidia G-Sync technology accompanied by a 120Hz panel, and both complete with Killer DoubleShot Pro for seamless connection to the fastest network connection, Corning Gorilla Glass touchpad, and RGB mechanical keyboard.
The GTX 1080 and GTX 1060 variants are available now, priced at RM13,999 and RM9,999 respectively.
Customers who purchase the top end Predator Triton 700 will also receive a complimentary package inclusive of a Predator gaming chair, T-shirt, and mouse.
Meanwhile, Acer also introduced the Predator 34in X34P and 35in Z35P curved monitors, which also come with Nvidia G-Sync, Nvidia Ultra Low Motion Blur (ULMB), ZeroFrame design, and intelligent dimming specifications to avoid eye-strain.
The X34P (RM4,299) will be available beginning from the middle of January 2018, while the Z35P (RM3,899) is already on sale.
The unexpected introduction of the Predator Orion 9000 with two variants – the Intel Core i9 Extreme Edition and the Intel Core i7 – completes the high-end gaming line.
This desktop is beautifully crafted, with a see-through chassis that has removable side windows, allowing for easy CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, and thermal system upgrades.
The Orion 9000 keeps cool, inside and out, with Acer's IceTunnel 2.0, with the beautiful beast supporting up to four Radeon RX Vega cards, or two Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080Ti cards in SLI, virtual reality, and 4K2K UHD.
The Intel Core i9 Extreme Edition variant rings in at an impressive RM28,888, while the Intel Core i7 variant is priced at RM12,999. Both are available at selected authorised Acer re-sellers nationwide.
In addition to these devices, Acer has also launched two eye-catching accessories, the Galea 500 headset (RM1,399), and Cestus 500 mouse (RM299).
