Police pick up road bully at Kluang Hotel

JOHOR BARU: Police arrested a man suspected to be a road bully at a hotel in Kluang last night.
Johor Baru Utara District Police chief ACP Mohd Taib Ahmad said the 34-year-old suspect was picked up along with another Malaysian man and a Vietnamese woman.
He said the police recovered 3.19g of heroin and 9.95g of syabu and found a Beretta imitation pistol as well as metal tools in his car.
"The man was arrested to help in the investigation into a road bullying incident on Dec 10 on the Eastern Dispersal Link Expressway," he said in a statement today.
The suspect had allegedly edged his car dangerously close to an MPV carrying three men and when the other driver stopped the vehicle, he threatened them with a metal rod, he said, adding that he repeated the act after the victims resumed their journey.
Investigation showed that the suspect had been caught previously for a criminal and drug offences. — Bernama
