Two drug peddlers nabbed in Kepala Batas

KEPALA BATAS: Police nabbed two drug peddlers here overnight.
Seberang Perai Utara (SPU) ACP Noorzainy Mohd Noor told reporters here today that police caught the first suspect who is in his 30s in Jalan Kampung Paya here at 12.45am and seized 352.22 grammes of syabu worth RM28,160
He said the second suspect was caught with two capsules of heroin weighing 29.2g and 2.27g worth RM1,500 in Jalan Pekan Darat here at 2am.
Both suspects have been placed on seven-day remand to facilitate investigations. — Bernama
