Fun times ahead at Damai Laut beach resort

LUMUT: As part of Swiss-Garden Beach Resort Damai Laut's product enhancement programme, several key projects has kicked off simultaneously with the year-end school holidays; the key project being that of The Wet Side Mini Water Theme Park.
The extensive enhancement of the swimming pool which was officially opened on Dec 16 will create a catalyst to remarket Swiss-Garden Beach Resort Damai Laut as a "new mini water theme park" for Manjung district.
The enhancement project included the transformation of the main swimming pool into two separate Kids Pool and an Adult Pool as well as another Kids Pool with Water Feature Playground. The completed swimming pool have all the features of open loop body slides, water cannons, small and giant tipping buckets and natural jacuzzi pond.
The newly opened Young Citizens of the World Club (YCotW) on Nov 24 provides guests with a wholesome family oriented environment that includes fun and excitement. Kids are kept busy the whole day with exciting activities; from the "Kid's Crash Zone" with a large fun ball play area and a '"Nerf Gun Shooting Gallery", "Arts & Craft Wall of Fame", Kid's Galaxy Cinema", "Apps & Tabs Zone" to the one and only "Wall Ball Bat Court".
The Sundown BBQ Bar will be opening soon to capitalise on the awesome sunset view as seen from the resort.
Coupled with the cool evening breeze and a delectable dinner of fresh local seafood and prime cuts, one's dining experience will turn into an exceptional experience in enjoying a meal or one's favourite beverage with soothing music in the background.
To add to the fun of dining experience for the year end holidays, ten hawkers were specially brought from Penang for the Penang Hawker Food Festival from Dec 16-31. Favourite dishes of Penang included the popular noodle dish Char Koay Teow, Asam Laksa, Hokkien Prawn Mee, Hokkien Char, Wantan Mee, and Fried Oyster among others.
The new facilities will be an added value and is expected to provide the very best resort experience and promote Swiss-Garden Beach Resort Damai Laut as a family holiday destination where an individual, a couple, a family and even a group of people can stay and have fun and to return again for some more of it.
