CCM Duopharma gets RM156m contract

PETALING JAYA: CCM Duopharma Biotech Bhd has received and accepted a letter of offer from Pharmaniaga Logistics Sdn Bhd to supply pharmaceutical and/or non-pharmaceutical products to government hospitals and clinics for a contract value of RM156 million.
The supply period for the products will be effective on and from Dec 1, 2017 until Nov 30, 2019 or at such other date as directed by the government.
The prices of the products will remain the same and unchanged throughout the tenure of the contract and will be solely determined by the government.
The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the group for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2017 onwards until the expiry of the contract.
CCM Duopharma's share price was unchanged at RM2.41 on some 13,500 shares done.
