Proton dealer accepts bitcoin and ethereum as payment

A PROTON dealer in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, is probably the first in the country's automobile business to accept cyprtocurrency as payment.
A photo of a banner put up by the dealer offering customers the option to pay with bitcoin and ethereum has gone viral on the social media.
It was posted on a Lowyat.NET forum thread on Friday. The forum member who posted the photo said he "called them myself to verify this isn't a hoax, they said confirmed accepting Crypto".
Two stalls at a food court deep in Bandar Puchong Utama selling curry mee and fish head noodles are also accepting such payments. In Kota Baru, Kelantan, a nasi kerabu stall allows customers to pay with bitcoin.
There was also a recent Facebook post that a clinic in Klang is also accepting bitcoin as a form of payment
