Gabungan AQRS and Tera Capital agree to more time for One Jesselton project

PETALING JAYA: Gabungan AQRS Bhd and Tera Capital Bhd have agreed to a second extension of time to finalise a definitive agreement to invest, construct and operate a mixed integrated property development on 6.284 acres One Jesselton Waterfront, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
The initial memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Gabungan AQRS and Tera Capital signed on July 19, 2017, has now been extended to May 31, 2018.
The MoU was signed between the Gabungan AQRS Group CEO Datuk Azizan Jaafar, and Tera Capital CEO and founder Fang Ching Wen Ted.
The company's share price was down two sen to RM2.02, with some 545,200 shares traded.
