iProperty.com and IQI Realty sign commercial agreement

KUALA LUMPUR: Property website, iProperty.com Malaysia, today announced a multi-million ringgit commercial agreement with real estate agency, IQI Realty, to drive the adoption of digital and non-digital marketing solutions.
REA Group-Asia chief executive officer for Singapore and Malaysia, Haresh Khoobchandani said the collaboration involved equipping agents with access to data to help customers make accurate and informed property decisions.
"The home buying process is evolving and real estate agents who embrace and have the skills to leverage technology are at a clear competitive advantage.
"According to SimilarWeb, iProperty.com is the leading place Malaysians turn to for property information online. As a result, this collaboration with IQI will make a powerful connection to ensure Malaysians are well served in a digital-first world," he said at the signing ceremony, here.
Khoobchandani said under the term of the agreement, iProperty.com would also work together with IQI in coming up with customised in-house training on how best to leverage digital solutions and data insights.
Meanwhile, IQI Global Group chief executive officer Kashif Ansari said the agreement would maximise their market potential by utilising the digital medium.
