Ireka jumps 4.7% on diversification news

PETALING JAYA: Construction and property firm Ireka Corp Bhd's share price jumped 3.5 sen or 4.7% this morning, following its plans to explore opportunities in the logistics and rail infrastructure industries.
At 10.48am, the stock stood at 78 sen with 2.16 million shares changing hands, giving it a market capitalisation of RM145.6 million.
Yesterday, the group said it has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with CRRC Urban Traffic Co Ltd and Shentong Express Co Ltd to establish a formal working relationship.
