Pesona Metro gets RM161.86 million construction job from Sime Darby

PETALING JAYA: Pesona Metro Holdings Bhd has received a RM161.86 million contract from Sime Darby Property (Subang) Sdn Bhd for the construction of a property project in Subang Jaya.
Pesona told Bursa Malaysia that the letter of award is for main building works for the proposed development of 30-storey serviced apartments.
The project is for a duration of 39 months commencing from January 30, 2018.
Pesona said the project will be internally funded and is not expected to have any material effect on its gearing.
Its share price gained 1.1% to close at 45 sen on some 610,700 shares done.
