Sapura Energy bags five contracts worth RM905m

    PETALING JAYA: Sapura Energy Bhd has been awarded five contracts worth a total of RM905 million.
    The five contracts include two engineering, procurement, construction and commission (EPCC) jobs from Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd for the Kinarut ERB West project and Bokor Betty brownfield and rejuvenation which will run until 2020 and 2022 respectively.
    Another deal is for EPCC plus installation works for Hess Exploration and Production Malaysia BV to be completed within the second quarter of 2020.
    The fourth is for transport and installation works for the Bokor CPP project awarded by Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Sdn Bhd which will be completed by March 2020.
    Another contract covers offshore/onshore pipeline and terminal works for the fifth oil berth of Mumbai Port Trust, to be completed by May 2019.
    On Bursa Malaysia today, Sapura Energy closed 3 sen lower at 70.5 sen with66.2 million shares changing hands.
