Negri Sembilan yang Dipertuan Besar chairs 248th meeting of Conference of Rulers

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 7 (Bernama) -- The Yang Dipertuan Besar of Negri Sembilan, Tuanku Muhriz Ibni Almarhum Tuanku Munawir, chaired the 248th meeting of the Conference of Rulers that began today at Istana Negara.
The two-day meeting was attended by all the Malay Rulers. Kelantan was represented by the Regent of Kelantan, Tengku Dr Muhammad Fa-iz Petra; Pahang by the Regent of Pahang, Tengku Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah, and Johor by the Tunku Temenggong of Johor, Tunku Idris Iskandar Sultan Ibrahim.
The Yang Dipertuas Negri of Penang, Melaka, Sabah and Sarawak also attended the meeting.
The meeting, which began at 10.30 am, was also attended by the mentri besar and chief ministers, respectively, who accompanied the Malay Rulers and Yang Dipertuas Negri. — Bernama
