Oppo launches dashing blue colour

IN conjunction with Valentine's Day, Oppo Malaysia recently launched the dashing blue variant of its selfie-centric smartphone, the OPPO F5.
The new dashing blue Oppo F5 still has the same 6in FHD+ 2:1 aspect ratio display that gives you more screen in a thinner package, runs Oppo's Colour OS 3.2, packs 4GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage.
Its brain is an octa-core processor, and its cameras consist of a 20MP front camera with an F2.0 aperture, and a 16MP rear camera with an F1.8 aperture. Powering it all is a 3,200mAh battery.
As a part of the launch gambit, the Chinese phone maker released an accompanying 10-minute long short film.
The short film, which is called Listen to You Heart, is a story about a boy who finds a dashing blue Oppo F5 that allows him to read minds, and uses it to get the girl. The video, which is available on YouTube, stars Taiwanese singer-songwriter Eric Chou and Malaysian Instagrammer-turned-actress Min Chen.
Preorders for the Oppo F5 in dashing blue ends on Feb 10. Preorders can be made at Oppo concept stores or the Oppo official website.
The first 500 customers to preorder will receive a gift box which contains a Swarovski crystal phone case and laser engraving on the phone case.
The Oppo F5 in dashing blue retails for RM1,298.
