35 Gang 360 members charged (Updated)

JOHOR BARU: Thirty-five members of Gang 360 were charged in the Sessions court here yesterday for involvement in organised crime for the last three years.
All were said to have been members of the gang, which was active in organised crime between Jan 1, 2015 to Jan 14, 2018.
Thirty-four of them were charged under Section 130V of the Penal Code for being members of an organized criminal group, which carries a maximum 20 years jail term if convicted.
No plea was recorded when the charges were read in front of judge Jailani Rahman.
No bail is allowed for charges under this section.
The 34 accused are Seow Hwee Kiang, Lee Boon Hui, Fung Ka Siong, Chua Kah Tat, Mah Jia Fei, Lai Kah Fei, Wilson Chua Yue Hua, Lim Wen Hao, Eugene Chiam Tow Shen, Chan Chun Fei, Yap Boon Chuan, Benny Chang Xin Hao, Lau Fook Soon, Liew Yun Choy, Jacky See Jiin Long, Ng Zhen Lun, Ng Soon Kiat, Lim Heng Kiaw, Wong Jin Wei, Dinesh Balakrishnan, Sau Kah Kwee, Ong Hwee Hau, Lew Kai Yann, Kok Kat Ting, Koh Xian Ming, Lim Thiam Poon, Eric Mah Wai Soon, Tan Hong Chai, Tan Chee Hong, Leong Wen Hao, Gan Jia Ji, Yip Kah Hao, Fong Ling Chiow and Leong Zhong Hen.
Tan Xiang Wei, 22, was charged under Section 130 W of Penal Code for helping the organized crimes, which carries a jail term of a maximum 10 years upon conviction.
All cases will be mentioned on March 12.
