Croc spotted at Johor Baru’s Lido Beach (Video)

A CROCODILE has been spotted at Lido Beach in Johor Baru. A video footage of it moving in and out of the water several times was captured by several men on a boat cruising along Tebrau Straits.

The footage went viral after it was uploaded to Facebook yesterday. The post said the crocodile is about 21ft (6.4m) long.

Across the straits, Channel News Aia reported that a crocodile was spotted at East Coast Park on Nov 6 last year. The sighting prompted the National Sailing Centre to cease all water activities.

It also said crocodiles were also sighted in Singapore earlier in the year, with reports on Changi Beach and Pasir Ris Park in August alone.
