Fervent Global Love of Lives Award open for application in March

KUALA LUMPUR: Taiwan's Chou Ta-Kuan Cultural and Educational Foundation invites institutions, organisations, schools and individuals to recommend candidates who are brave, benevolent and diligent fighters in life to apply for its 22nd Fervent Global Love of Lives Medal between March 1 and June 30.
Applicants are to specify the award categories, list their deeds or achievements in the recommendation sheet and furnish supporting certificates or documents.
The application shall include an autobiography of at least 3,000 words (may be written by parents or the nominator on behalf of the candidate) detailing virtues, accomplishments or struggling processes, social influence and contributions of the candidate.
Applicants shall also submit photos related to their stories (including two two-inch (passport-size) photos and 20 activities photos).
Applications are to be forwarded to the Chou Ta-Kuan Cultural and Educational Foundation at 3rd Floor, No. 52, Mingde Road, Hsindien City, Taipei County, Republic of China.
