FROM the look of the crowd outside the Samsung store on the first floor of Pavilion Shopping Centre, which grew larger by the minute, it was obvious that Samsung was certainly capable of drawing in an audience.
Celebrating the launch of its latest Samsung Premium Experience Store in Malaysia, Samsung Malaysia Electronics is giving fans of the electronics giant in Kuala Lumpur a different kind of outlet to get a better feel of the brand’s ecosystem.
“By opening a Samsung Premium Experience Store in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, we hope that more people will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in Samsung’s innovations.
We hope that customers can fully benefit from this first-hand experience of Samsung’s vision of connecting the world,” explained Samsung Malaysia Electronics head of IT and mobile business KM Liew.
Occupying a large area of 4,241sf on the first floor at Pavilion KL, the Samsung Premium Experience Store will offer a one-stop retail solution to anyone interested in anything the Galaxy line offers, along with personalised after-sales service.
Apart from services and products via sales, visitors to the store can explore multiple refreshing experiential zones set up within the spacious open concept interior.
Check out the Virtual Reality station offering Samsung’s latest and most innovative VR product – the Gear VR, and the large and gorgeous display of its latest flagship – the Galaxy Note 8. Samsung fans and tech enthusiasts can immerse themselves discovering the brand’s full range of smartphones, tablets, wearables and accessories.
To further commemorate the official opening, exclusive in-store promotions are offered until Feb 18.
These include:
▶Purchase a flagship smartphone (Galaxy Note8, FE, S8, S8+ and A8+) and be entitled for gifts worth RM347.
▶First 50 customers to walk into the store with a Galaxy smartphone (each day until Feb 18) will be entitled to a free ClearPlex ProtectionPro worth RM99.
During the same publicity period, Samsung will be conducting several other promotional activities.
