Three drug pushers held in Kota Tinggi

KOTA TINGGI: The police have detained three suspected drug pushers at a drug den in an oil palm plantation at Felda Aping Barat here yesterday.
District police chief Supt Ahsmon Bajah said the men aged between 22 and 40 were picked up at 2.40am during an operation dubbed 'Ops Tapis' by the Narcotics Investigation Division of the district police headquarters and the Kota Tinggi National Drug-Agency (AADK).
"The drugs seized at the tent they used to sell and take drugs comprised one transparent plastic packet believed to be heroin weighing 34.68g, one transparent plastic packet believed to contain syabu (0.20g) and Eramin-5 pills (0.40g) worth RM1,265," he said in a statement here today.
He said the trio tested positive for drugs and one of them had drug-related records. — Bernama
