UEM Sunrise shares up after appointing FFM for Melbourne projects

PETALING JAYA: UEM Sunrise Bhd's share price rose 0.89% this morning after it appointed Focused Facilities Management Pty Ltd (FFM) to provide property management services for UEM Sunrise's flagship projects Aurora Melbourne Central and Conservatory in Melbourne, Australia.
As at 11.39am, UEM Sunrise stood at RM1.13 with 178,200 shares done.
UEM Sunrise (Australia) Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of UEM Sunrise, through its two subsidiaries, UEM Sunrise (Aurora Melbourne Central Property Management) Pty Ltd and UEM Sunrise (Conservatory Melbourne Property Management) Pty Ltd, yesterday appointed FFM via subsidiary ACM Property Management Pty Ltd.
Aurora Melbourne Central is the tallest integrated mega tower in Melbourne, combining residential apartments and residents-only amenities with a destination serviced apartment, strata office suites and unique retail offerings, while Conservatory celebrates the balance of city vibrancy and garden tranquility.
UEM Sunrise COO, commercial, Raymond Cheah said as a premier lifestyle developer, it understands the importance of providing high quality property management services to ensure that its assets are maintained at the highest levels, with the aim of maximising return on investment.

For over 17 years now, FFM has been providing complete property management services to some of Melbourne’s premium residential and commercial developments.
FFM’s existing portfolio consists of Melbourne's flagship buildings such as 35 Spring Street, The Fawkner, HM@S, and The Melburnian, which will be highly complemented by UEM Sunrises’ Aurora Melbourne Central and Conservatory.
