Inno Mind denies Focus purchase, directors in talks

PETALING JAYA: Inno Mind Works Sdn Bhd (IMW) has denied being involved in the acquisition of Focus Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
However, its director Datuk Michael Yip clarified that he and his associates are in some discussions on the matter in their personal capacity.
IMW, a wholly owned subsidiary of Circle International Holdings Ltd, said in a statement today that they are not the party to any acquisition of the business weekly, Focus Malaysia.
Reports surfaced last week about IMW becoming the new owner of Focus Malaysia.
