Tampin police chief Hamazah Ab Razak dies

SEREMBAN: Tampin district police chief, Supt Hamazah Ab Razak, died at the Malacca Hospital this morning, following liver and kidney failure.
Negri Sembilan police chief Datuk Noor Azam Jamaludin said Hamazah, 53, breathed his last at 10.40am today.
"His remains will be brought to his home in Taman Paya Rumput Perdana, Malacca and will be buried at the Lendu Muslim Cemetery after Asar," he told Bernama here today.
Hamazah is survived by his wife Siti Aida Adam, a daughter and a son.
Hamazah joined the Royal Malaysian Police in 1988 and started serving as Tampin district police chief on July 1, 2016. — Bernama
