Multi Sports seeks time extension again for submission of financial reports, annual report

PETALING JAYA: Multi Sports Holdings Ltd has submitted a request to Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd for a further extension of time up to April 11, 2018 to allow the company to issue all the outstanding financial reports and annual report after failed to meet the submission deadline of Feb 28, 2018.
The financial reports comprise the unaudited quarterly results for the quarter ended June, Sept and Dec 2016 as well as ended March, June, Sept and Dec 2017, together with the annual report that includes the audited financial statements for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2016.
Trading in shares of Multi Sports, which is in the shoe sole business, has been suspended since May 2016.
In November last year, Bursa Securities had publicly reprimanded Multi Sports and its five directors for breaches of the Main Market Listing Requirements.
