Negri Sembilan MB denies allegations of organising Hajj, Umrah package scheme

SEREMBAN: Negri Sembilan Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan today denied allegations that he had offered a Hajj and Umrah package using the 'teamtokmat' logo.
He said he was not associated with the scheme which offered a Hajj and Umrah package for RM5,000.
"I have also not given permission for anyone to use the logo to raise donations, receive contributions as well as offer schemes with business and payment elements.
"I urge the public to be cautious of the scheme which has exploited the logo. If they require further explanation or suspect anything amiss, they can contact me directly or my office personnel," Mohamad said in a statement, here today.
However, he did not deny the allegations may have been intentionally exploited to mar the image of the 'teamtokmat' wave. — Bernama
