Pestech shares fall 1 sen after aborting power supply project in Laos

    PETALING JAYA: Pestech International Bhd’s share price fell 1 sen this morning on news of the company scrapping plans for a power supply infrastructure project in Laos.
    At 11.19am, its share price was 0.59% or 1 sen lower at RM1.67 with a total of 37,300 shares traded. The stock rose 0.60% to close at RM1.68 yesterday with 188,600 shares done.
    Pestech terminated its memorandum of understanding (MoU) with UPL Lao Co Ltd for the establishment of power supply infrastructure for the Dongphosy Specific Economic Zone in Laos.
    The MoU was signed on Nov 6, 2012.
