Willowglen shares down 0.81% on proposed 1-for-1 bonus issue

PETALING JAYA: Willowglen MSC Bhd's share price continued to fall by one sen or 0.81% this morning, following its plans to undertake bonus issue to reward its shareholders for their loyalty and support, while enhancing the capital base of the company.
At 11.25am, the stock stood at RM1.23 with 641,200 shares changing hands. It has a market capitalisation of RM311.4 million.
Yesterday, the company said the proposed bonus issue will entail the issuance of 248 million new shares in the company on the basis of one bonus share for every one existing Willowglen share.
