Pesona Metro bags RM216.38 million affordable housing job

PETALING JAYA: Pesona Metro Holdings Bhd has clinched a RM216.38 million contract from Gaya Kuasa Sdn Bhd to provide mechanical and electrical services, external works, landscape and ancillary works for an affordable housing project in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.
The group told Bursa Malaysia that the project comprises two building blocks involving 1,260 apartment units and a block of eight-storey parking lot.
It is slated to go on for a period of 32 months from July 1 onwards.
Pesona Metro's shares closed unchanged at 38 sen with 324,200 shares done.
