KUALA LUMPUR: Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) today launched the mobile application 'DBKL Mobis' to help the public check and make payments online for DBKL traffic compounds.
Kuala Lumpur Datuk Bandar Tan Sri Mhd Amin Nordin Abd Aziz said the application could be downloaded free of charge via the Google Play Store for Android users, and the App Store for iOS users.
"This application facilitates the public to check and make immediate payments faster without having to be present at the counter or waiting for the notice to be sent to the house.
"Members of the public are urged to take advantage of the discount offered that is still valid to settle their compound payments before the period ends on June 30," he told reporters after launching the new application, here today.
He said the application would be improved with the addition of two more modules, namely the Checking Module and Housing Assessments and Checking Module on Payment of Business Licence fees, which are expected to be ready in August. — Bernama
