Dialog rise 2.01% on news to develop Phase 3 of Pengerang deepwater terminal

    PETALING JAYA: Shares of Dialog Group Bhd rose six sen or 2.01% this morning, after announcing its partnership with the Johor government to develop the third phase of the Pengerang deepwater terminal in Johor.
    At 11.42am, the stock stood at RM3.05 with 7.8 million shares changing hands. The group has a market capitalisation of RM16.8 billion.
    The development of the third phase of the Pengerang deepwater terminal will be implemented at an indicative initial cost of investment of RM2.5 billion.
    The business activities will be undertaken by Dialog's indirect wholly owned subsidiary Pengerang CTF Sdn Bhd (PCTF), in which the Johor government will own up to a 20% stake.
