Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor down 1.55% on news of JV with Chinese firm

    PETALING JAYA: Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Bhd's (KPS) share price fell two sen or 1.55% this morning, after announcing its joint venture (JV) with China's Honda Printing Holdings Ltd to produce offset carton boxes at an investment cost of RM2.87 million yesterday.
    At 10.47 am, the stock stood at RM1.27 with 70,300 shares changing hands. KPS has a market capitalisation of RM643.7 million.
    KPS said its unit Pro Pulp Packages Sdn Bhd and Honda Printing will each hold 60% and 40% equity interest in the JV known as Imej Harmoni Sdn Bhd.
