THE HIGHLY-ANTICIPATED Huawei P20 and P20 Pro are now available for purchase in either black, midnight, or pink gold.
The P20 which has 4GB of memory and 128GB of storage retails for RM2,599, while the P20 Plus which has 6GB of memory and 128GB of storage retails for RM3,299.
The Huawei P20 series is notable for its design and unique camera feature. Its eye-catching twilight and pink gold variants are iridescent and stand out from the black and midnight blue stalwarts of smartphone colours today.
Meanwhile, the P20 Pro’s claim to fame is its triple-camera system which is made up of a 40MP (RGB, F1.8 aperture), a 20MP (monochrome, F1.6 aperture), and an 8MP (telephoto, F2.4 aperture), sensor.
Both the 5.8in P20 and 6.1in P20 Pro are fitted with a 24MP selfie camera.
Both phones are using the Kirin 970 processor, which is similar to the one found in the Mate 10 series. However, it runs an 8.1 version of Huawei’s own Android 8 based user interface.
When asked about the availability of the twilight variant, a P20 lite, and a P20 Porsche Design in Malaysia, Huawei said it would depend on customers' demand.
Additionally, the 8.1 version of its user interface will soon be available to the Mate 10 series as well as other compatible models of Huawei smartphones.
