GEORGE TOWN: Motorcyclists using the Penang Bridge will be exempted from paying toll if Barisan Nasional (BN) regains power in the state.
"This will be included in the Penang BN manifesto after discussing with state BN leaders, caretaker Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak said at a gathering and the launching of 12 health ministry programmes at SMK Seri Balik Pulau here today.
Also present were state BN chairman Teng Chang Yeow, state Umno chief Datuk Seri Zainal Abidin Osman, caretaker Deputy Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Hilmi Yahaya and incumbent Kepala Batas Mp Datuk Seri Reezal Merican Naina Merican.
