SHAH ALAM: Parti Rakyat Malaysia (PRM) today lodged a report to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), claiming that a chief executive officer (CEO) of a state government-linked company (GLC) was allegedly involved in corruption and power abuse in the sale of sand in Selangor.
The report was lodged by Pandan Indah PRM Coordinator Norizwan Mohamed at the Selangor MACC Office in Section 16, here today.
Norizwan said that he had also attached several documents to support his report, including what he claimed to be the contract signed by the CEO to give a mega value project to a private company, in which the CEO is a board member.
"This GLC has also given a mega value project to another company owned by the same individual. So, we want the MACC to investigate this matter and bring all those involved to court," he told reporters when met here today. — Bernama
