Nurul Izzah to stand in Permatang Pauh

PETALING JAYA: PKR vice-president Nurul Izzah Anwar will contest Permatang Pauh while her mother and PKR president, Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, will stand in Klang Valley.
PKR secretary-general Datuk Saifuddin Nasution Ismail the party had made it clear the candidate for Permatang Pauh should be from Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's family as the seat was a PKR fortress, The Star reported today.
"An announcement will be made soon," it quoted Saifuddin as saying.
