Tough for Pakatan to win Ayer Hitam, says Liew

JOHOR BARU: Johor DAP chairman Liew Chin Tong (pix) has said the Ayer Hitam parliamentary seat is a tough constituency for Pakatan Harapan (PH) to win.
Liew, the candidate for the seat, said: "It will be a do or die battle which we may or may not win."
He said in a statement today that he would like to see Pakatan Harapan winning 65% of the popular votes in GE14.
"We have learnt the bitter lesson of not gaining power when the Pakatan Rakyat won 51% of popular votes in 2013," he said. "Every vote counts, your vote is your voice, a single vote can make a tremendous change."
Earlier, he criticised caretaker transport minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai for using Road Transport Department (RTD) assets for a MCA party event in Yong Peng on Saturday night.
