Decomposed body of missing 89-year-old man found

LUMUT: The decomposed body of an octogenarian, who was reported missing since April 8, was found near the quarry in Teluk Rubiah, Seri Manjung here on Sunday morning.
According to Manjung Police chief ACP Muhammad Hanif Othman, the body of the 89-year-old Ho Tong Chim was found by passers-by at 11.30am about 1.5km from his motorcycle.
"The body was sent to Seri Manjung Hospital Forensic Unit. The case was classified as sudden death and investigation is still ongoing," he said when contacted.
Meanwhile, in KUANTAN, the body of a vocational college student feared drowned at the Kampung Pasir Kubor picnic site at Sungai Lembing on Saturday, was found at 12.40pm Sunday.
Pahang Fire and Rescue Department deputy director Mohd Sani Harul said the victim Muhammad Haziq Hamdi, 19, was found on a sandbank about 1.5 km from his last seen location.
Muhammad Haziq from Taman Balok Maju here was believed to have drowned around 11.10am, after being swept away by strong currents while bathing with 15 friends. — Bernama
