IRB: 16 companies, 15 individuals declared bankrupt

    KUALA LUMPUR: Sixteen companies and 15 individuals were declared bankrupt after failing to settle RM8.18 million in arrears to the Inland Revenue Board (IRB).
    IRB in a statement today said, the 16 companies had a total of RM4.86 million tax arrears while the balance was owed by the 15 individuals.
    The companies declared bankrupt include Swarma Bumi Communication Sdn Bhd, Omnilink Marketing Solutions Sdn Bhd, F.C.F. Component Sdn Bhd, Renowned Shanghai (M) Sdn Bhd, Alpha Luxury Sdn Bhd, Dipri Sdn Bhd, Rajiv Enterprises Sdn Bhd, Taisun Industries Sdn Bhd and Everest Products Sdn Bhd.
    The other companies are Kejuruteraan Elektrik Winsen Sdn Bhd, PJBUMI Composites Sdn Bhd, CRE Construction Sdn Bhd, Lee Motors Sdn Bhd, LSB Holding Sdn Bhd, Kejuruteraan Pakatan Jaya (K.B.) Sdn Bhd and Revenus Industry Sdn Bhd. — Bernama
