Ireka unit bags RM92m job from Pantai Hospital

PETALING JAYA: Ireka Corp Bhd has won a RM92 million contract for the proposed construction of additional basement and eight-storey hospital and refurbishment works of existing hospital building at Pantai Hospital Ayer Keroh, Malacca.
Pantai Hospital awarded the contract to its wholly-owned unit Ireka Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd, Ireka said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
The 24-month contract is expected to be completed on April 15, 2020.
The group expects the contract to contribute positively to its earnings for the financial years ending March 31, 2019 onwards.
