King presents letters of appointment to 14 judges

KUALA LUMPUR: The Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Sultan Muhammad V, today presented the instruments of appointment to 14 Federal Court, Court of Appeal and High Court judges, at Istana Negara.
The three Federal Court judges are Datuk David Wong Dak Wah, Datuk Rohana Yusuf and Datuk Mohd Zawawi Salleh.
The three Court of Appeal judges are Datuk Stephen Chung Hian Guan, Datuk Hanipah Farikullah and Datuk Wira Kamaludin Md Said.
The eight High Court judges are S.M. Komathy, Datuk Abd Karim Abd Rahman, Datuk Wong Kian Kheong, Dr Choo Kah Sing, Datuk Ahmad Bache, Datuk Mohd Firuz Jaffril, Datuk Mairin Idang @ Martin and Dr Alwi Abdul Wahab.
Chief Justice Tun Raus Sharif, Court of Appeal president Tan Sri Zulkefli Ahmad Makinudin, Chief Judge of Malaya Tan Sri Ahmad Maarop and Chief Judge of Sabah and Sarawak Tan Sri Richard Malanjum attended the function. — Bernama
