Tun M vows to makes changes for Indians, others in the country

LANGKAWI: Pakatan Harapan (PH) chairman Tun Dr Mahathir Mohammad vows to make a change for the Indian community in the island constituency if the opposition coalition win in the coming 14th general election (GE14).
He said the win for PH will enable the new federal government to solve the problem of Indian community and others in this country.
"I know the Indian community here are supporter of PH.
"I promise when we win and I become the MP for Langkawi I will try to solve the problem of Indians and other races in this island", he said in his speech during the meet the session with Indian community at Ladang Sungai Raya,near here tonight.
Mahathir also promise to create more job opportunities for the youngster regardless of races in Langkawi by attracting more investment to the tourism island.
The former premier later rushed to another event at Kuah where he met about 50 Langkawi tourist agent for a dialogue.
During the dialogue Mahathir said PH has plans to bring the island back to its former glory.
Mahathir is scheduled to speak at a meet the people session and ceramah at Dewan Ho Peng at about 1030pm.
