Comic book ridiculing Pakatan leaders circulating in Kedah

ALOR STAR: A comic book ridiculing Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad is making its rounds in Alor Star and also Langkawi where the former premier is Pakatan Harapan's (PH) candidate for the parliamentary seat.
The 19-page comic titled Mayday! Mayday! Madey! Madey! features caricatures of Mahathir and other PH leaders such as DAP supremo Lim Kit Siang, PPBM president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, PKR deputy president Mohammad Azmin Ali and also Kedah PPBM chairman Datuk Seri Mukhriz Mahathir.
Its also features caricatures of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and his wife PKR president Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail as well as DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng.
An online portal reported that stacks of the comic books were also seen at the Kedah Menteri Besar's official residence at Seri Mentaloon along with others Barisan Nasional (BN) campaign materials.
The portal also reported that the comic books were distributed to the public during Kedah BN candidates' campaign visits.
The caricatures portrays Mahathir as a leader fond of making u-turns in his decisions.
It also portrays PH leaders scheming and backstabbing each other while displaying a false facade of unity against BN.
The back cover of the comic book states that it was published by Pertubuhan Anak Melayu Tak Pernah Lupa or PENGINGAT.
