Worker has bamboo stick up his rear in freak accident

A WORKER in the Sichuan city of Suining has a bamboo stick impaled in his rear after jumping off a bridge and landing on it in a freak accident.
He was installing an advertising hoarding before he jumped off the bridge and landed in a garden full of bamboo, the Sun of UK reported yesterday.
A bamboo stick impaled in his buttocks. Firemen cut the bamboo stick from the bush and sent him to the hospital to have the object removed.
Local reports said he remained conscious the entire time and was in stable condition after receiving treatment.
