Early voting begins in Teluk Intan

TELUK INTAN: The early voting for the Teluk Intan parliamentary seat and the Changkat Jong state seat proceeded smoothly this morning.
Some 371 early voters comprising police personnel from the Teluk Intan station began casting their votes from 8am at the Hilir Perak police district headquarters.
For the Teluk Intan parliamentary seat, incumbent Datuk Seri Mah Siew Keong from Barisan Nasional (BN) will be defending his seat in a three-cornered fight against Pakatan Harapan (PH) and PAS.
Mah is up against Perak DAP chief Nga Kor Ming (PH) and PAS' Dr Ahmad Ramadzan Ahmad Daud.
For the Changkat Jong state seat, BN's incumbent Datuk Azhar Jamaluddin will be defending his seat in a three-cornered fight and he is up against Muhammad Faizul Mohamed Ismail who is representing PH and Mohd Azhar Mohd Rafiei from PAS.
The early voting process will be ending at 5pm later today.
