PETALING JAYA: PKR has concerns over negotiations on the Cabinet line-up, but its de facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has expressed the party's strong support for Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
Anwar said he related his party's concerns over negotiations to Mahathir at the Cheras rehabilitation centre yesterday, Malaysiakini reported today.
"In that meeting, I reiterated PKR's strong support towards Mahathir's leadership. I also relayed the concerns of leaders who asked that negotiation methods be more inclusive.
"This view was well received by Mahathir, but must be decided on by the Pakatan Harapan presidential council," Anwar said in a statement today.
PKR vice-president Rafizi Ramli questioned the announcement of three top ministerial posts by Mahathir yesterday, saying the Cabinet lineup had not been finalised.
