PUTRAJAYA: Former Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) chief Tan Sri Dzulkifli Ahmad has returned to his former workplace at the Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC) on Tuesday.
Arriving around 8 am at the AGC building here in Precinct 4 in a Proton Perdana, Dzulkifli waited a few minutes in the car before exiting.
He then proceeded to smile and waved at the media who anticipated his arrival before heading to the lobby and registering at the counter.
On Monday, Dzulkifli who was previously the head of the National Revenue Recovery Enforcement team at the AGC had delivered a letter to terminate his contract as the MACC chief to Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Dr Ali Hamsa.
However, it is unknown as to Dzulkifli's present role at the AGC.
He had been appointed as MACC chief commissioner on Aug 1, 2016, to replace Tan Sri Abu Kassim Mohamed.
