Buka puasa at Rajawali

THE chefs at Rajawali Coffee House at Awana Hotel, Resorts World Genting, have prepared a Ramadan buffet for the breaking of fast, starting tomorrow till June 13.
Over a hundred dishes from all over Malaysia will be showcased in this buffet spread.
They include premium kurma dates, imported from Iran, Tunisia and Morocco, as a start to breaking the fast.
Other delights can be found at the special Gerai Satay serving up chicken, beef and lamb skewers along with seafood otak-otak, and a full array of sides including the luscious satay sauce.
There is also a special Sup Citarasa Awana stall serving up bowls of soup gearbox ‘Lambreta’, sup perut, sup daging, and other treats, served with roti banggali.
A whole spit-roasted Australian lamb served with your choice of black pepper sauce and mint sauce takes centre stage. There is also Rajawali’s delicious ayam percik with sos percik merah and rojak ayam.
At the Ikan Bakar stall you can pick from a variety of grilled local fish and condiments to go with it.
A Malay feast is not complete without rice, and you can enjoy various preparations such as nasi dagang, nasi kerabu, and nasi briyani, as well as regular white rice, along with a variety of traditional dishes such as gulai lemak daging salai, asam pedas ikan pari, rendang tok, and patin tempoyak.
There are also themed stalls serving up Penang’s popular nasi kandar dishes as well as Ipoh’s popular noodle dishes. Enjoy it all with fresh vegetables and salads at the salad bar.
For dessert, there is a wide selection of homemade Malay kuih, puddings and fresh fruit.
The restaurant is also offering a Hari Raya Aidilfitri buffet on June 15 and 16, priced at RM110 nett per adult and RM55 nett per child below 12 years old or senior citizens over 60.
