Mutant creature with head of pig and human hands? (Video)

THE social media is abuzz with the sighting of a "mutant" pig with human hands floating in a lake in the US.
A video of it has gone viral and it appeared to look like a dead pig, but on closer inspection, it appears to have human-like hands and a straight tail.
"What the hell is that?" the person filming the video said as he approached the creature.
"Let's get the hell out of here before you start stinking."
It is not clear exactly where and when the video was shot.
