KUALA LUMPUR: The National Union of the Teaching Profession (NUTP) has urged Education Minister Dr Maszlee Malik to help resolve the Standard Kualiti Pendidikan Malaysia Gelombang 2 (SKPMg2) issue which it said was a burden to teachers.
NUTP secretary-general Harry Tan Huat Hock said the union had received many complaints from teachers on the matter as they were burdened by the documentation work required by the SKPMg2.
In a statement issued today, the NUTP said this meant that teachers had less face-time with the students. — Bernama
